Well, one rule I have changed is I say that the Detection factor is equal
to the Masking rating only (not [Masking + Sleaze]/2). Instead Sleaze is
used to suppress IC, each point of Sleaze can suppress one piece of IC,
thus preventing a reduction to teh Detection Factor and keeping the decker
hidden.
Anyway Otaku get so many programming days free at Character Gen (based on
some attribute) if I remember correctly to be used to design Complex Forms
i.e. Sleaze progs etc. Attack programs can be modified on the fly and
remember that all system operations can be carried out without teh
appropriate program (so just get a riduculously high Computer skill :)
