I had my namesake (Loki - Elven Rigger/Bounty Hunter) that ran as a
regular NPC member of the group for a good couple of years.
I also have: Max - ork bartender, Icepick - dwarven merc, Longshot -
elven bounty hunter, and so on that make non-threatening or even
friendly cameos quite often. My players have ways of making
non-importnant NPC's into major personalities just by interaction (i.e.-
Destiny Althea, Lori Masterson, JoJo's (on of the PC's) mom, etc.)
