|Our GM uses a variation of #1: Character rolls stealth against TN=NPC's
|perception, NPC rolls perception against TN=character's stealth skill.
That's the one I've been using. But the problem is that
whoever has the highest skill wins 99% of the time, and if
you start factoring in perception modifiers for the
perciever then the guy hiding will never be found.
I like option number 2. Keeps continuity with invisibility
and concealment.
