I'm toying with just goosing th SOTA through the roof, and letting a lot
more people use Ultraviolet Security level hosts.
Then I can just let the deckers use normal skills and actions to resolve combat.
I also am contemplating adding some lag rules. Now that I have my own
computer, and use the interent, I am discovering that living in an area with
bad phone lines can really be a bummer! :-(
