We've run games a few different way to incorporate this.
On two occaisons we have split teams, and used Walkie-talkies and or IRC
chat to coordinate the actions of the squads.
Of the two the radios worked MUCH better, but made it easier for players to
overhear IC info.
IRC was more secure vs. player eavsedropping, but was merry hell to make
sure the other players were watching the screen!
I wish we had internal commlinks too! :-)
