The problem here is twofold.
A) You're opening things to a lot of abuse...
B) What you do to them, they can do to you...:)
I prob wouldn't allow this in my game, in general, although the whole thing
about the clone body and the ghost is part of my GM's world...
Why are things complicated?:)
