Well, I'm finally getting around to (briefly) coming out of lurking, and
answer this query... I am a 22 year old Shadowrun Gamemaster, and I have
been playing the game for almost 6 years now. I started through friends
in the EVPA, who introduced me to Tom Dowd and Jordan Weisman, who
hooked me on this game, and I haven't looked back. I run one of the
larger campaigns here in Chicago (Real world, not game setting) and
We've been playing since 1st edition. I have been here on ShadowRN as a
smirking, lurking TOLMWAPPER for about 3 years now, and I find it a
great place to exchange ideas and otherwise get flamed to a crisp
<smirk>.... In my Spare time (right, like that happens) I tutor in
English Literature and Anthropology/Social Sciences. My full time job is
in finance, and supports this gaming addiction quite well, thank you.
My players range in ages from 19-31, and most of us met at the local
University. Aside from that, I playtest, write, go to cons, and
generally make a nuisance of myself to the gaming world. I lurk instead
of posting because much of my net access is spent reading the tremedous
volume on this list, thanx mostly to Gurth <smirk>... Also, I experience
a quiet netdeath about once every six months, which I go from "lurker"
to "that guy whose dead account keeps bouncing messages". I am fond of
Elven plots, Horrors, and other nasties, and some listmembers bump into
me every Gen Con, without knowing it...<VBEG> Time to get back to
reading mail....(geez....<smirk>)
