||TopCat was fairly decent at debating and storytelling and
||gave me quite a few good ideas. However, at one point he
||posted a fairly lengthy discourse on his views on
||roleplaying and shadowrun. He meant it as an informational
||"get to know me" kind of thing. But, it blew up, as some
||people didn't like his views and felt it was a pretty
||egotistical action, and others weren't to thrilled at
||having several pages of email crammed in their accounts.
||BTW, I thought his manifesto was kinda interesting.
||
||The moral? (IMHO) Don't force your opinions on others
||unsolicited. And, keep it short.
|
|But that was months ago. (Before I left in fact).
|Everything seemed to have calmed down again by then.....
Yeah... He was contributing for at least a month after the
manifesto thing settled. Maybe Sasquatch *did* get him ;)
Boy, he sure did make an impression. Almost as noticable
as Bull :)
