Ritual Conjuring, interesting idea. I'd say:

a. All members must be from the same tradition.
b. The ritual members' conjuring skills are not added together - this gives
far too many dice. Rather, all the ritual members conjuring benefits
(spirit foci, totem bonuses, etc.) are added to the team leader's conjuring
skill.
c. The maximum number of members is limited, as Spike says, by the leader's
Magic Rating.
d. Any force can be attempted but all ritual members resist drain as if
they alone had attempted the summoning (same as ritual sorcery).
e. Drain level is determined by comparing the spirit's force to the total
collective Magic Rating of the team :-)
f. The ritual leader gains control of the spirit and the spirit counts
towards the leader's allocation of spirits.
g. If all ritual member's are initiates and the leader succeeds in the
astral quest, then a Greater Form Spirit can be summoned.
h. If ,and only if, the ritual leader falls unconscious from drain, the
spirit goes unbound.

Chris
