Good point. Here's an idea, though: why not have control of the spirit go
to the group as a whole? It will make it hard to control (requiring a
general consensus, or maybe even a unanimous decision:), and it will
remove some of the great advantages, it would only be conjured by people
with a common enemy or goal, or perhaps by magical groups (piss off that
group of rat shamans and find yourself quickly at the mercy of a
High-force Great form city spirit:)
