I thought that the P meant you can get a permit for possession or
something like that. There are other codes in Cybertechnology. Does the
code 4U-CD (Cybertechnology, p.96) mean that you can get a permit for usage?
Also, there is a 7I-CB (same page), so that means that you can get a permit
for intent of use?? That doesn't make too much sense.
