Subject:	Can a mage who is astrally projecting manifest?

In several books I read (Dead Air, Burning Bright) mages can manifest when
they r astrally projecting. Not manifest totally but at least they can
speak and stuff. My question is...r there any rules for it (even house
rules)? Can a manifesting mage attack an astrally not active char with a
spell?....????
What the frag can he do while manifesting?? Ne1 got some answers out there?
