Shadowtech, pg 103-109. For example, the 4U-CD means this: The taret
number for a law-enforcement figure to recognize what the illegal irem in
question is and bust you for it (or request you show your permit) is *4*.
(skill is police procedures, BTW). I'm not sure what the 'U' means, but
if the number is followed by 'P', that means that it is possible to get a
permit for the item in question. The last two letters are what type of
item it is. 'CD' means matrix technology. 'CC' is highly illegal cyber,
and 'G', is heavy weapon, (HMGs and cannon etc.) Just to name a few.
