You can't ground through an anchoring, you can attack the spell, and if you
disrupt it (vs half force if the spell is off) then all effects take place
immediately. That means that if you disrupt a flame bomb anchoring when it
is off, you have set off the flame bomb. This is NOT the same as grounding
because if the anchored spell was inivisibility, you just turned someone
invisible for a split second.
