As Faux Pas pointed out, your posts are coming from two different
machines. (Two accounts?) You'll have to make sure this is sent form
both, or they will both continue to get mail from the listproc.

And in the body of the message:
set shadowrn nomail


With no signature, or attachments, it really confuses the hampsters.

And when you return, send to the same address
set shadowrn mail
