I usually give out a little extra karma to start with for characters with
good background stories. It doesn't make everyone do it, it just gives
them a really good incentive. We're starting a new campaign now, with
creation tonight, so we'll see how that works. I get the munchkins to
work with tonight. But for some karma, I'm sure they'll do just about
anything. :)
