couldn't the accident power cause anything that we would normally
clasify
as an accident.
ie. a tree fall across the road in front the vehicle stoppping the
chase or
letting the runners catch the vehicle
a large wave washes you off the beach
a boulder roles down the mountain side destroying the runners
hiding place

the uses of this power are limitless
