We're in training for the Crash of '29? :)

You think you've got it bad, just imagine the poor folks Australia and
Europe that will wake up to this sudden load of spam in their box. At
least you've got a chance to take care of it as it comes in.

Which is something that could be incorporated into an adventure. The
characters sleep through an event which happens on the other side of
the world which affects the adventure.
