I would treat it like sleep deprivation for a heavy-duty decker.
You know, the ones that make a rigger look sociable... For an Otaku.
it'd get to the point of losing Willpower and severe depression rather
quickly. For your so-so decker, who still plays Paranoia* in free time
or something, it wouldn't be so bad, probably just minor agitation and
constant whining about dropping below SOTA. ;'}
* It really happened once. The decker was also a RPG collector
who had everything from Chainmail to Deckers and Dragons, a recent
release by QPO, Inc. (A dungeon-crawl game set in the Matrix) The team
had free time, so the decker whipped out Paranoia and explained the
rules while the GM (IRL) scrabbled around looking for the game.
