That depends on your GM. A Grade 0 Initiate may have access to all
Metamagic upon Initiation, or only to metaplanar projection and one other
form of metamagic, or whatever (depends whether your GM prefers
Initiation as written or Gradual Initiation). Metamagic rating is
detailed in the Grimoire, and I'm too lazy to go look it up.
