Anyone who's been on this list for any length of time will remember that
thread, or one close to it. It's only been brought up about 152 times
before...

That remains to be seen... I'll dig up my elven speed samurai for you,
hold on.

Not the full version this time, only the relevant stats, because I
couldn't find him on my HD :( If you want the full version, download
Paranoid Animals of North America from my page.

B Q S C I W BI E R
6(7) 7(12) 2(7) 3 6(8) 3 6 .5 6(18)
Initiative: 18+4D6

Cyberware: Smartlink II, Wired Reflexes (3)
Bioware: Cerebral Booster (2), Enhanced Articulation, Muscle Augmentation
(4), Suprathyroid Gland

This character was created with priorities something like this (I'm not
100% sure of them, though):
Race: C (Elf, More Metahumans)
Attributes: B (24)
Magic: E (none)
Skills: D (20)
Resources: A (1 million)

Keep in mind, though, that this character was created because I and
someone else were wondering to what maximum you could pump up initiative.
He might be fun to play in a game once or twice, but he'd get boring real
soon I think. No Cybertechnology stuff was used, because that book wasn't
out yet at the time. I think I'll try and make a revised version that goes
even faster... I'll keep you posted :)
