It's TN 10 minus magic attribute, which means initiates can be
ridiculously good at it :) even without the correct skill. Units made
equalls success, beware i had a king GM fail to cover this one, in
goes the karma pool, 10 odd units/ month at 88,000 * 2 Yen a shot
even after i cut the talismonger in for a whopping 50% to sell it
quietly the character was rolling in money.

Which is why you pay a good contact a LARGE percentage to pass it
about the shadow markets peicemeal, you might only get 50% as much
money but at least you won't have lonestar at the front door, the
Azzies and MCT comming through the walls, Raku on the roof and Yaks
ans Triads in your yard :)

That is putting things mildly, especially when you add the underworld
sourcebook and give it a good stir :)

However if you take precations orialcum manufacture is a gold mine,
but you need serious shadow connections to survive as an independent
manufacturer without getting traced.
