No! Haven't you seen the introduction to "Command and Conquer - Red
Alert"? :)

I run a campaign that occasionally crosses over into the 1920s and 1990s
where the PCs are battling the horrifying forces of the Outer Gods and
the Great Old Ones, but that's because we use our Shadowrun characters
in Call of Cthulhu and decided it was more fun to adapt and cross over
than to run two seperate games.

It is fun, though :)
