A friend of mine has a new story every week about a virtually inept
tech-support guy in their office. Like the time he went away for the
weekend and sent the office manager E-MAIL with instructions where he
could be reached in case the network went down.

Although the BEST one was when she complained about how her station
couldn't find the network printer, and he arrived with a bottle of windex
and started cleaning the monitor....
