Well, Goblinisation is, technically, a UGE. But, for reasons of
distinction, I'd say it isn't considered Goblinisation unless it happens
after birth, and UGE only applies when a child of one race is born to
parents of another. Simply for as a clarification:), but that's my take
on it, for what it's worth.

Well, other than vampiric 'goblinisation' and 'special circumstances',
elves and dwarves don't goblinise (special circumstances including the
actions of an Evil GM, and/or NPCs equipped with special magical
knowledge:) Dumb question, but where's the info on spike babies from? Is
it in the Tir Tairngire sourcebook?
