Ah... for the fun of it, I'd even ignore the rules for installing twin
rotary assault cannons (How do you fit two hardpoints into a bod 1
civilian vehicle?). But using twin pop-up turrets is _way_ too much. A
Vigilantee would be a cannon-type weapon, requires four "weapon
points". This would require medium pop-up-turrets (as per RBB, p. 122),
each of these requires 3 hardpoints, for a grand total of six
hardpoints in a body 1 vehicle... Even if one considers RAC Vigalantee
a HMG type of weapon, it needs 4 points of weapons in the turret - at
least 1 medium or 2 small turrets - either 3 or 4 hardpoints. Now
remember a civilian vehicle has (body/2) hardpoints... (RBB, p. 121).
