I think you missed what I was saying. I was implying that the Otaku are
kinda like submetatypes or something.. Saying that the mana levels are
sufficient for the otaku to surface. Heck, maybe it's something else
that's magically altering them, but I seriously doubt the cause of their
existence is strictly technological.
