Add to that something that was pointed out before -- borders routinely
changed nowadays. Even if all of othem aren't 'official' border changes,
some of them can't be ignored..

Of course, this means FASA may need to re-draw the map at times, but if it
*is* posted to their web page, its as simple as throwing up a new HTML
document.
