Thought I'dresponded to this. I'm not infallible. That formula is the
correct one.There's some task pool bonus too, I think. Either way. My
Int and Computer skill are the same right now. Except when I'm cold,
then I boost my Comp skill by one. Doesn't change the hacking pool any.
