You must have a pretty naff local library...
The library in oldham has shelves of atlases....
(It even has tourist books, which probably contain maps of various foreign
cities.... Did you try looking under tourism?)

Ahhhh, the old polytechnics with new flashy university names.....
(Like Leicester Poly was renamed Demontfort University.... La-de-da....)
