The game I run has 10 characters in it. But since it is PBeM, it isn't
really a problem other than having to occasionally post a turn deadline
so that everyone gets posting. Usually I don't have to. They discuss
the stuff and then we get on pretty quickly. PBeM does have the
advantage of private actions staying private, decking and summoning and
such not taking everyone's time, etc.
