We run surprise like this: You "supriser" gets ONE action against the
"suprisee". however, the "Suprisee" can not use any defence dice
pools,
whetehr combat, magic, or other. this represents his inability to
dodge/magically defend, etc.
Not sure if this is a real rule or not, though...
