I have the character rolls his/her stealth as a standard test (base
T#4). I then add the successes as a modifer to the perception test of
the opponent to spot him. (i.e.- He gets 5 successes, the security
guard would now have a T#9 (4 + 5 successes) plus other lighting and
such mods to spot our hero.
