Most melee weapons have some sort of quickness skill involved. However, the
damage is 'usually' dependent on how hard someone swings the weapon. The
quickness aspect of using the weapons is reflected in the skills and more
importantly in the combat pool. I dont think you could conceivably have a
melee weapon that did quickness based damage, BUT I would be very interested
in looking at any such ideas that have been hashed out.
