Just a question, but why can't the MBW have an on-off switch like Wired
Reflexes do. Seems that wuld be a good way to keep the character from being
in 24hr seizures, and also as a way to delay the inevitable brain damage
that everyone seems to be forgetting. The only reason I can think of is
that it preserves game balance because it gives MBW a hefty drawback.
