Permanent Magic

Range: touch Karma: Force Type: Physical
Drain: (F+4) S Duratation: Permanent Target: 4+object
resistance

This spell/ability is only available to highly involved magicians. To even
comprehend this spell you need to be a Grade 4 initiate and a magical theroy
skill of 7. You cannot learn this spell off of some chip, but only from very
expensive, old books
(100x the normal price, in a foreign language) or a Grade 6 initiate or
higher who knows it. The drain from this spell is always Physical, and
cannot ever be cast at a level higher than your initiate grade. If done, the
person dies, instantly.
This spell allows you to enchant an object and develop a magic "well" that
allows the spell to be continuasly renewed. If used for a weapon, whenever
hiting someone the effect takes effect at the point of hitting. If used for
like a levetation spell, whenever held or put on it takes effect on the
person who is wearing it. Area effect spells start where the object is.
To make a spell permanent you also have to cast the spell twice, in the
matter of quickening.
This spell is only known to a few people, and those people can only be found
in a manner simmilar to finding Alpha Cyberware (SSC), but with only magical
people like the tailsmonger.
