Actually, that is pretty diluted...a magician here went for the gusty on the
cash, the enchanting (paid my enchanter to do it) and had an Encephalon IV
enchanted as a power foci (4), and then had the things implanted. He
actually got the rating of the foci as additional dice against the magic loss
test for the surgery and the essence loss was reduced by an additional 4%
(hey, it wasn't much, but it counts)
