a cool idea, and I thought of it once two, but never wrote up the rules,
especially since I got the Grimoire, which gave rules for Quickening and
other forms of *permanent* magic, in addition to spell locks. I dont think
that a seperate spell is really needed for permanence, especially at only
initiate Grade 4, once a runner reaches that high, you have to wonder. : )
