IMHO:

Magic:
Simplify anchoring.
The way it is described now is a bit messy, with few hard and fast
guidelines.

Clarify grounding. (The Eternal Debate)

Better definition of the look of Astral Space.
(Include 'pictures' like those of the Matrix.).

Clarify what pools can be used to defend against what spells.
(Can you use magic pool and/or combat pool against dam.manip.?)

Make the initiation rules and advantages more streamlined.

Clarify what kinds of adepts get what advantages from initiation.

Streamline centering into fixed bonuses, rather than the,
'roll to check how many more dice you get to roll'.

Make sure the difference between a spell, a sustained spell, a
quickened spell, and a spell locked spell is clear. Also foci.
'the spell lock is a special case, containing a sustained spell it
has aspects of spells, being a foci it has aspects of a foci. Thus it
can be ground through its foci part, unlike a quickened spell, which
is just a self-sustaining spell' - or whatever the rule is.

Enhancements:
Update cyberware/magic/bioware compatibilites.
Include easy guidelines that makes it clear how they would act in
conjunction with future modifications.

Vehicles:
Pay closer attention to individual scale.
(A nightsky has as much body as a light tank, and a harley the same
as a yacht?)

Include what customizations has allready been done to
vehicles.

Cyberware:
Both the tactical computer and Sentry gun demands far too much dice
rolling.
(Same as with centering.. 'roll these dice to find out how many dice
you can roll'. It ought to be easier.).

General:
Use examples which is extremely clear and unambiguous and thoroughly
explained.
KISS (keep it simple stupid).
