I agree with this statement...we use a house rule right now, but I would do
something about personal and team karma pools in SRIII they get to huge as
characters advance and they can detract from the game IMHO because rolling
the dice becomes a "sure thing" because you have so much karma you can
reroll anything that wasn't good enough.
