Read what I said. One character is not _better_ than another because he
has a higher stealth or firearms. If a character doesn't have the skills
to survive in his given craft, then he's certainly at a disadvantage.
However, he's not worse. Just different.

Agreed there. The priority system isn't all that flexible, mainly because
it groups Force Points and Nuyen together. I can't think of a quick off
the top of my head fix for it, but it wouldn't be impossible to just break
resources into two categories and choose them seperately, making 5
priorities, instead of 5.

Hardly. Most the characters I create are lower levels, certainly not what
most people think of when someone says 'Shadowrunners'. I believe a few
posts back I was advocating taking a variety of semi-useless skills to
prevent Combat/Matrix/Magic monsters?

I like pretty things.
I also like playing the slightly aged rat shaman who's fallen out of favour
of his totem. He's a liar, and a thief. And no where near as good as he
acts, but he gets the job done, for the most part. Oh, would now be a bad
time to mention that he doesn't have any stats at all, he's just a
_Character_?
