ED doesn't address this AFAIK, so all we can do is speculate... My guess
is that metahumans will stop getting metahuman babies (as you said), and
existing metahumans will just live out their lives and die when they would
have had magic still been around. We know the Horrors need a certain mana
level to come through, but don't need that same mana level to stay on the
physical plane. It could be the same with metahumans.
