It's mostly in Earthdawn...

I don't think "Good" blood magic exists in shadowrun.... Yet.....

If you have it, look in the Earthdawn Magic book... (The first one) under
Blood Magic and "Life Magic" (The Barsaivian name for "Good" blood
magic.)
