Well ... yeah, but he went through puberty in a vat.
The boy is a cybermantic monster. He was built to be a killing machine, but
he still has all the emotional maturity of a little boy.
He's very much in that "icky girl" phase right now.
I suppose it might be fun to have Bull take Mikey to the park, and watch
some hookers try to pick him up though ... ;-)
