Been available in the US for at least a few months now. There's a
widescreen version that includes the WW2 scene (not shown in US theatrical
release), followed by the original trailer, followed by about twenty
minutes of the directors and producers talking about shooting different
scenes while the scenes discussed play on the screen. $10 or $15 at Target.
