Actually, I thought they did a better job with the dark side of the
organization Nina was working for (just to confuse you further, Nina was
the code name for Bridget Fonda's character...). EVERY time Nina got
something good from them, she also got something bad. It was very poetic
and that made it darker, in my eyes. I also thought the different story
elements made a lot of sense and were appropriate. All in all, I am glad
La Femme Nikita was made, but I am also glad Point of No Return was made as
well. They were both well done.

Now now now. ;) I agree for the most part that many American action
movies have no plot, but Point of No Return isn't one of those. Its plot
is similar to La Femme Nikita. Thus, if it doesn't have a plot, either
does the original. ;)
