Yes, but that doesn't mean "Force divided by 4." It says
"Threat/Professional Rating: Force/4" which indicates that the spirit has
a Threat Rating (i.e. extra dice) equal to its Force, and a Professional
Rating of 4 (i.e. it fights until it's dead).
