Yes, that's the rules. However, ordinary glass is
opaque to infrared, but quartz glass is
transparent. To X-Rays, wood is transparent.
To Neutrinos, the earth is transparent (Ok, that
last one is unfair, neutrinos aren't photons).
IMHO, machine produced glass doesn't have any
intentions at all.
