Overall you've got it bang on. The only thing I would note is I don't apply
the +2 TN for using astral perception if the character is doing something
magical, like casting a spell. IMHO, that doesn't qualify as a "task based
solely in the physical world" since spellcasting has a pretty big astral
component. That modifier is for doing purely physical things like driving a
car or shooting a gun while assensing.
