The Draco Foundation
The foundation is co-sponsoring this race to help promote the development
of new technologies. The Draco Foundation is also seeking to comply with
the Last Will and Testament of the late President Dunkelzahn. The Draco
Foundation has also posted a separate purse of 1 MILLION -Y- . This purse
will be awarded separately to the vehicle registered with the Foundation,
as a "NewTech Racer", to turn in the fastest times among those registered.
